Rex Burch Joins Harrington Group Duluth, GA—November 13, 2007. Harrington Group is pleased to announce the addition of Rex Burch to the engineering team. Rex is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with his BS in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology. Rex will be acting as a Property Loss Control Consultant, working with Jim Rucci, P.E. on many ongoing and new projects.Prior to Harrington Group, Rex was employed for nearly 30 years working with the City of Marietta Fire and Emergency Services, where he reviewed commercial and construction site plans for fire and life safety code compliance, reviewed plans for fire sprinkler systems hydraulic calculations and NFPA 13 compliance, conducted static and flow tests for fire hydrants and fire sprinkler standpipe systems, and performed fire and life safety inspections on existing commercial and industrial facilities. Rex’s knowledge and experience will bring great value to HGI and our clients. We are proud to welcome Rex to the HGI Team!
